Підготовка до гри не забере багато часу: по центру стола викладається карта «Старт-21», яка задає стартову суму — 21. Решта карт перетасовується та роздається гравцям по 3 карти кожному. Гравці здійснюють ходи по черзі. Кожен може зробити одну із трьох дій: викласти карту-шкарпетку перед собою, викласти карту поруч з картою «Старт-21», зіграти кросівка-переманювач, щоб відібрати карту з-під носа в суперника. Перемагає гравець, який зібрав цільову суму, або найближчу до неї, якщо закінчилась колода. Сподобається і дітям і дорослим, завдяки простим правилам, цікавому та несподіваному розвитку подій та дуже стильному оформленню. Кількість гравців: 2-6. Тривалість партії: 5-15 хв.
