Мета гри: поліція має обчислити та посадити мафію у в'язницю. Мафія перестріляв усіх поліцейських. Зав'язка сюжету: поліцейські, стурбовані зростанням злочинності, поставив за мету: зловити всіх мафіозі та посадити їх у в'язницю. У відповідь мафія оголошує війну до знищення всієї поліції. Гравці: мафія, поліція, комісар. Підготовка до гри: всі гравці сідають у коло на підлозі або навколо столу. Один гравець стає ведучим, переклад з карти віза закиданням мафії, поліції, комісара, перетасовує їх та розкладає віялом. Кожен гравець витягає по одній карті та перевіряє, до якої групи належить, кладе картку перед собою картинкою вниз. Ніхто, окрім гравця, не повинен знати, хто він. Один із гравців витягає карту комісар. Потім ведучий бере наступну колоду карт і роздає по одній карті учасникам (на картах вказані певні дії, які гравці повинні виконувати під час гри), а також нейтральні карти.
